I do really good with my eating, then really bad, then really good again.
So it all seems to cancel itself out.
Which is why I'm going to try a new thing that I thought of today.
On one wrist I have 4 hair ties to remind me to not binge eat. I will take one off everytime I eat one serving of food and the last will be for dinner. Then I'll be done for the day.
On the other wrist I have 6 rubberbands,to remind me to drink water to keep from getting dehydrated and to speed up my metabolism. I will remove one with each large glass that I finish. Once I get through all 6, I'm going to put them on again and see if I can get through them again before the day ends.

My Current Favorite Tips
1. Keep a journal of your weight loss, your inspiration, quotes, and tricks (hence my online journal).
2. When you get a craving slowly count to 100 to reset your brain.
3. Keep a rubberand on your wrist ad snap it when you think about food to train yourself not to.
4. When you want to eat pinch your fat to remind yourself how much you want it gone.
5. Have an idol, somebody you are working to look like.
6. Work out and burn 2x the calories you take in.
7. Keep a stack of magazines that weigh the sme as what you want to lose, when you lose weight, remove a magazine.
8. Eat slowly so your body knows when you're actually full.
9. Avoid white foods such as potatoes, sugar, and salt.
10. Keep moving, listen to music and dance, or shake your leg when you have to sit, you burn calories and keep up your metabolism.

Reasons
I have my personal book, but I wanted to create a sort of journal online with tips and tricks and photos to keep myself focused. So this is that online journal. && I'm sharing it with you. Its not going to track my weight, i's all just inspiration to use.
